New Member Information

INCOMING MALONEY STUDENTS!

Thanks to all who joined us on Saturday June 1st for our New Member Opening Session! We enjoyed meeting all of you and we are looking forward to seeing you this summer! 

If you were not able to make it, you can still join us! Just make sure you do the following as soon as possible. 

VERY IMPORTANT: 

Due to the planning involved with marching band, it is imperative that we know who is joining the group now. We do not add new members in August or September. We also request that any changes to student plans (moving, changing of schools, change of schedules, etc) be conveyed to us a soon as possible. We plan for every student that comes to our program, and unexpected changes in personnel are hard to accommodate after June 10th. 

IF YOU DID NOT ATTEND OUR OPENING SESSION:

You need to confirm you participation our program by emailing or texting the director before June 10th.

You can text us through our Remind system if you received a welcome text from us.

PLEASE RESPOND EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT JOINING SO WE CAN UPDATE OUR RECORDS PROPERLY.

IF WE DO NOT HEAR FROM YOU, WE WILL ASSUME THAT YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN JOINING THIS YEAR AND YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE COURSE ROSTER.

Please note that we do not accept new members at camp or at the start of school. Students must commit to the band now. 

If you need an instrument for the summer, please email Mr. Cyr before June 10th to make arrangements. 

We look forward to seeing everyone in August!
