9/3 Band Notes

We are a week and a half away from our home show and we have some important notes for you. Please read! 

Reminder: On Wednesday 9/4 at 6:00pm we will have a meeting for all chair people coordinating our home show. If you are chair, please plan to join us at Maloney in the Choral Room. If you are interested in chairing, we have a few spots left! Please email me and I will get you the info brian.cyr@meridenk12.org

MEETING FOR ALL SHOW VOLUNTEERS: Wednesday, September 11th at 6:00pm in the Choral Room. We will cover the show plan, logistics and ensure that all volunteers know the show details. Please plan to come to this short informational meeting.

PIT PERCUSSION PARENTS/GUARDIANS: Starting on 9/11 the pit will be rehearsing from 4-9pm each Wednesday as opposed to 6-9. This is due to the availability of our pit staff and the need for this group to practice as both an individual unit and with the large ensemble. This will be the meeting time from the 11th through the end of the season. 

FOR ALL MEMBERS/GUARDIANS: We will finalize our rehearsal schedule for next week (show week) on Thursday based on what the weather does tomorrow. We may need to add some time next week to ensure that we are ready for our home show. More to come on this.
