EVENT PROGRAM
Congratulations to all of our 2025 ASBDA Wind Ensemble, and Symphonic Band members! Please review the information below and reach out to your Director with any questions. Any additional information or requests from conductors will be posted here, so check back as we progress closer to the event.
Directions: Please GPS: 121 Gravel Street, Meriden CT or click here.
When you drive down Gravel Street, you will come to a blinking stop sign. This is the entry to the bus loop. About 100 yards past this will be an entrance on your right. There should be ample parking for you in this upper lot. If you are coming via bus, please use the loop and instruct your bus to return to the loop later in the evening. Busses cannot park in the loop.
Entry: Please enter via the main entrance at the front of the bus loop. Students must be on the ASBDA roster to enter the building. Adults need to check-in the main office and receive a visitor badge. There will be greeters in the main hallway to guide you to the music department.
Cases & Personal Belongings: Students should plan to use the theater seating area to leave cases and personal belongings. The Symphonic Band will start on the main stage and the Wind Ensemble will begin in the Band Room. The ensembles will switch locations after lunch.
