Booster By-Laws

The Maloney Music Boosters is currently transitioning into a new leadership structure and revising its official status. In the coming months we will return to 501c-3 status as we seek to expand and encompass more team members and better serve our student programs. 

In making these changes, we have revised our by-laws. A proposed set of by-laws is posted below. Please review these as cast your vote during our April voting. A final version will be posted here one voting is complete.
