Jazz Ensemble
The Jazz Ensemble is the premier instrumental performing ensemble of the Instrumental Music Department. As an audition-based group, this ensemble strives to perform challenging jazz literature each year and compete in several high school festivals and competitions each year.
The group has performed at the The National Jazz Festival, The Berklee Jazz Festival in Boston, Massachusetts, The Western Connecticut State University Jazz Festival, the Manchester Jazz Festival and more. The group also hosts their own Jazz Festival in Meriden each June.
