Inclement Weather Action Plan 2024

THIS IS OUR ACTION PLAN IN THE EVENT OF INCLEMENT WEATHER ON FRIDAY.

WE WILL ALERT ALL DIRECTORS OF THE FINAL PLANS BY 8:00AM FRIDAY

Should snow become a safety concern on Friday, our festival will move to a one-day festival on Saturday.

If this occurs, we will move to this alternate schedule:

Friday will be canceled

Saturday will start at 9:00am

Concert start times will be moved to 3:00pm and 5:00pm
